Mass Production

We’ve always been a fan of Mr. Ian Wright (the pixel-obsessed illustrator, not the footballer), and we’re very impressed that he has his first New York solo show from Thursday April 20th at The Christopher Henry Gallery. Mr. Wright has been busy – each image in the show entitled Mass Production is made from 2,800 one-inch button badges – I sincerely pity his thumbs. Above are Wright’s Chuck Close and Andy Warhol – perfect subjects for some pop art pixilation. Link (via Newstoday)
